▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
