۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
