Surely those who guard (against evil) shall have with their Lord gardens of bliss. 34 Shall We then treat those who have surrendered as We treat the guilty? 35 What ails you? How ill you judge! 36 Is there with you a Book wherein ye study: 37 That you can surely have whatever you choose? 38 Or do you have oaths [binding] upon Us, extending until the Day of Resurrection, that indeed for you is whatever you judge? 39 Ask then, which of them will stand thereof a surety? 40 Or have they other partners [besides God]? Let them bring forth their other partners, if what they say be true. 41 On the Day when the truth shall be laid bare, they will be called upon to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do so. 42 Their eyes will be humbled, and humiliation shall spread over them for they were already ordered to prostrate themselves when they were undiminished. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 Yet I bear with them, for lo! My scheme is firm. 45 Or is it that you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) ask any fee from them, so they are burdened with the penalty? 46 Is the unseen within their grasp so that they write it down? 47 Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed. 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 But his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 But the unbelievers would like to stare you out of balance when they hear the warning, and say: "Surely he is possessed;" 51 And it is naught but a reminder to the nations. 52
