WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee, 36 On the right and on the left, in groups? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 By no means! They know that which We have created them from. 39 So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 Wherefore let thou them alone plunging in vanity and sporting until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 the day they shall come forth from the tombs hastily, as if they were hurrying unto a waymark, 43 their eyes are humbled and they are covered with humiliation. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
