28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I have received the divine revelation that some jinns attentively listened to my recitation, so they said, ‘We have heard a unique Qur’an.’ 1 which guides to the right path; so we have believed in it and we will not associate anyone with our Lord, 2 ‘And that our Lord’s Majesty is Supreme – He has neither chosen a wife nor a child.’ 3 "'And [now we know] that the foolish among us were wont to say outrageous things about God, 4 We had supposed that men and jinn would never utter a lie against God. 5 And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden. 6 'And they thought as you thought, that Allah will not send any Messenger (to mankind or jinns). 7 We sought to reach heaven, but found it filled with strong guards and flames -- 8 We would sit there on seats to hear; but any listening now finds a meteor in wait for him. 9 And we know not whether evil is boded for those who are on the earth, or whether their Lord intendeth for them a right direction. 10 Some of us are righteous, but some are otherwise, we are sects that differ. 11 'And we think that we cannot escape (from the punishment of) Allah in the earth, nor can we escape (from the punishment) by flight. 12 And when we heard the Message of guidance, we believed therein; and whosoever believeth in his Lord, he shall fear neither diminution nor wrong. 13 'And of us some are Muslims (who have submitted to Allah, after listening to this Quran), and of us some are Al-Qasitun (disbelievers those who have deviated from the Right Path)'. And whosoever has embraced Islam (i.e. has become a Muslim by submitting to Allah), then such have sought the Right Path." 14 And as for the deviators, for Hell they shall be fuel. 15 If they had followed the Path We would give to them abundant water to drink, 16 So We might test them therein. And whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord He will put into arduous punishment. 17 The mosques are for God's worship -- so do not invoke anyone else along with God -- 18 and when Allah's servant stood up to call on Him, they well-nigh swarmed him. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
