28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Say: It has been revealed to me that a party of the jinn listened, and they said: Surely we have heard a wonderful Quran, 1 which guides to the right path; so we have believed in it and we will not associate anyone with our Lord, 2 And [it teaches] that exalted is the nobleness of our Lord; He has not taken a wife or a son 3 And that our foolish one has been saying about Allah an excessive transgression. 4 And that we thought that men and jinn did not utter a lie against Allah: 5 But some men used to seek refuge with some jinns, and this increased their waywardness; 6 And indeed they supposed, even as ye suppose, that Allah would not raise anyone (from the dead) - 7 (The jinn continued saying): "We made our way towards heaven, but we found it filled with stern guards and a flame. 8 ‘And that we sometimes used to sit in some places in the sky, to listen; so whoever now listens finds a fiery comet waiting for him.’ 9 we cannot tell if this bodes evil to those who dwell on earth or whether their Lord intends to guide them. 10 And of us there are some righteous, and of us are some otherwise; we have been following very diverse paths. 11 And that we know that we cannot escape Allah in the earth, nor can we escape Him by flight: 12 And when we heard the guidance, we believed in it. And whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden. 13 'And of us some are Muslims (who have submitted to Allah, after listening to this Quran), and of us some are Al-Qasitun (disbelievers those who have deviated from the Right Path)'. And whosoever has embraced Islam (i.e. has become a Muslim by submitting to Allah), then such have sought the Right Path." 14 but those who deviated from the Truth, will be the fuel for Hell.” 15 If people were to keep firmly to the Right Way, We would have vouchsafed them abundant rain 16 In order to try them through it. But whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord, will be given increasing torment by Him." 17 And that the mosques are Allah's, therefore call not upon any one with Allah: 18 "Yet when the Devotee of Allah stands forth to invoke Him, they just make round him a dense crowd." 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
