Yes, never!* By oath of the moon. (Hell will never spare the disbelievers). 32 By the night when it departs. 33 And by oath of the morning, when it spreads light. 34 Lo! this is one of the greatest (portents) 35 A warning to mortals, 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Each soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 save the People of the Right Hand 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 and will ask of the criminals, 41 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)' 42 They shall say, 'We were not of those who prayed, and 43 And did not feed the needy, 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 Then what is wrong with them (i.e. the disbelievers) that they turn away from (receiving) admonition? 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Indeed, everyone of them desires to have sheets of revelations unfolded before them -- 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 And they will not receive admonition unless Allah wills; He (Allah) is the One, deserving that mankind should be afraid of, and should be dutiful to Him, and should not take any Ilah (God) along with Him, and He is the One Who forgives (sins). 56
