In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 by the scatterers scattering 3 And by the Verses (of the Quran) that separate the right from the wrong. 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Verily that which ye are promised is about to befall. 7 So when the stars are put out, 8 And when the sky is split apart. 9 and when the mountains crumble into dust 10 And when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) -- 11 For what day is it timed? 12 To the day of decision. 13 And what could make thee conceive what that Day of Distinction will be? 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Did We not destroy the earlier people? 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 Even thus shall We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 that We laid within a sure lodging 21 Till an appointed term, 22 See that We had the power to do so. Great indeed is Our power to do what We will. 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Have We not made the earth a housing 25 for the living and for the dead? 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and filled you with sweet water? 27 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 Go on towards the threefold shadow 30 which neither provides (cooling) shade nor protection against the flames; 31 It will throw out sparks as logs of wood 32 and as bright as a herd of yellow camels. 33 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 nor shall they be permitted to offer excuses. 36 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 37 That will be the Day of Reckoning. Gathered will be (you) and the earlier (generations). 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
