Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up; 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 And when the mountains shall be made to pass away, 3 And when full-term she-camels are neglected 4 And when the wild animals are made to go forth, 5 and when the seas are set on fire, 6 And when souls are reunited, 7 And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. 8 For what crime she was killed; 9 And when the pages are laid open, 10 when heaven shall be stripped off; 11 And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. 12 And when the Garden is brought near;- 13 Then every soul shall know that which it hath presented. 14 I swear by the receding stars. 15 the planets that run their course and set, 16 And the night when it departs, 17 And by the morning when it shineth forth, 18 Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 there he is obeyed and held trustworthy. 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. 24 Nor is this the utterance of a devil worthy to be stoned. 25 Where then are you going? 26 This is naught else than a reminder unto creation, 27 (With profit) to whoever among you wills to go straight: 28 And you will not, unless (it be) that Allah wills, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
