The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
