Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 and the Hereafter will indeed be better for you than the present life; 4 And presently thy Lord shall give unto thee so that thou shalt be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? 6 Did He not find you wandering about and give you guidance? 7 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 8 Therefore, as for the orphan, do not oppress (him). 9 and him that seeks [thy] help shalt thou never chide, 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
