Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 and by the night when it covers, 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present. 4 Verily your Lord will soon give you so amply that you will be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 And found thee lost on thy way, and guided thee? 7 And find you in want and make you to be free from want? 8 Therefore do not oppress the orphan. 9 And as to the beggar, chide thou him not. 10 and of thy Sustainer's blessings shalt thou [ever] speak. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
