Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
