The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and by the Mount Sinai, 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 We indeed created Man in the fairest stature 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
