Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Verily! We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) 1 And what shall make thee know that which the night of Power is? 2 The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. 3 in it the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord upon every command. 4 Peace it is, till the break of dawn. 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
