The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
