The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By oath of those that sprint, breathing heavily. (The horses used in Holy War.) 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
