Al-Aadeyaat

The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
