The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the Calamity? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
