The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Woe unto every slanderer, traducer, 1 Who amasseth wealth; and counteth it. 2 He bethinketh that his wealth shall abide for him. 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 The fire of Allah, kindled, 6 roaring over the hearts 7 covered down upon them, 8 in extended columns. 9
