Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 They who would be seen, 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

Almighty God's Truth.
