Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

DOOMED are the hands of him of the glowing countence: and doomed is he! 1 What will his wealth avail him, and all that he has gained? 2 [In the life to come] he shall have to endure a fire fiercely glowing; 3 And his wife, the bearer of fuel, 4 Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
