Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of the rising day; 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes, 3 from the evil of the blowers on knots; 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies.” 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
