Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say thou; I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak. 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 “And from the evil of the matter that darkens when it sets.” 3 From the mischief of those who practise secret arts; 4 and from the evil of the envious ones. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
