The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace 1

All praise is to Allah, the Lord Of The Creation. 2 the All-merciful, the All-compassionate, 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help. 5 (Lord), guide us to the right path, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
