We sent Noah to his people. He said, "O my people, worship God; you have no other god but He. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful Day," 59 A group of his people said to him, "You are absolutely wrong." 60 He said: O my people! not with me is the error, but I am an apostle from the Lord of the worlds. 61 I convey to you the messages of my Lord, give you sincere advice, and I know from Allah that which you do not know. 62 Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you and that you may fear Allah so you might receive mercy." 63 But they belied him, so We saved him and those along with him in the ship, and We drowned those who belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). They were indeed a blind people. 64
