O People who Believe! Seek help from patience and prayer; indeed Allah is with those who patiently endure. 153 And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: dead. Nay, they are living, but ye perceive not. 154 And most certainly shall We try you by means of danger, and hunger, and loss of worldly goods, of lives and of [labour's] fruits. But give glad tidings unto those who are patient in adversity 155 and in difficulty say, "We are the servants of God and to Him we shall all return". 156 Those are they on whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord, and those are the followers of the right course. 157 ۞ Safah and Marwah are the waymarks of Allah. Whoever performs the pilgrimage to the House or the visit, there shall be no guilt on him to circumambulate between both of them. And whoever volunteers good, Allah is Thankful, the Knower. 158 Those who conceal the evidence of the truth and the guidance We have revealed, after We have made them clear to people in the Scripture, will be rejected by God and so do others. 159 Except those who repent and amend and make manifest (the truth). These it is toward whom I relent. I am the Relenting, the Merciful. 160 Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allah and of the angels and of mankind, combined. 161 Under it they shall remain forever; their punishment shall not be lightened, nor shall they be granted respite. 162 Your God is one God; there is no god other than He, the compassionate, ever-merciful. 163
