And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
