Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
