"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury: (they will be) brothers (joyfully) facing each other on thrones (of dignity). 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
