And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers. 80 We brought them Our signs, and they turned away from them. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 and of no avail to them was all [the power] that they had acquired. 84 AND [remember:] We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them without [an inner] truth; but, behold, the Hour [when this will become clear to all] is indeed yet to come. Hence, forgive [men's failings] with fair forbearance: 85 Surely your Lord is the All Knowing Creator! 86 And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. 87 Do not even cast your eyes towards the worldly goods We have granted to different kinds of people, nor grieve over the state they are in, but turn your loving attention to the believers instead, 88 and say, "I am, indeed, a plain warner," 89 Such as We send down for those who make division, 90 those who had split up their Qur'an into pieces. 91 So, by your Lord (O Muhammad SAW), We shall certainly call all of them to account. 92 About their deeds. 93 Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists. 94 We shall help you against those who mock you 95 even against those who set up with God another god. Certainly they will soon know! 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 Glorify and praise your Lord and be with those who prostrate themselves before God. 98 Worship your Lord until you achieve the ultimate certainty. 99
