And they ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning the Ruh (the Spirit); Say: "The Ruh (the Spirit): it is one of the things, the knowledge of which is only with my Lord. And of knowledge, you (mankind) have been given only a little." 85 And if We willed We could have taken away the revelations which We have sent to you – you would then not find anyone who could advocate for you before Us for this. 86 except for Mercy from your Lord; for His favor to you is great indeed. 87 Say: 'If mankind and jinn combined together to produce the like of this Koran, they would never be able to produce one like it, not even if they were to help one another' 88 In this Quran, We have set out all kinds of examples for people, yet most of them persist in denying the truth. 89 They say: 'We will not believe in you until you make a spring gush from the earth for us, 90 or you have a garden of date palms and vines, and cause streams to flow plentifully in the midst of them; 91 Or, let chunks of sky fall over us, as you assert (you will); or, bring God and the angels as a surety; 92 "Or you have a house of adornable materials (like silver and pure gold, etc.), or you ascend up into the sky, and even then we will put no faith in your ascension until you bring down for us a Book that we would read." Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Glorified (and Exalted) be my Lord (Allah) above all that evil they (polytheists) associate with Him! Am I anything but a man, sent as a Messenger?" 93
