And says man: What! when I am dead shall I truly be brought forth alive? 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 Now, by thy Lord, We shall surely muster them, and the Satans, then We shall parade them about Gehenna hobbling on their knees. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein. 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Hath he perused the Unseen, or hath he made a pact with the Beneficent? 78 By no means! We shall write down all what he says; and We shall greatly prolong his chastisement, 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 Nay, but they (the so-called gods) will deny their worship of them, and become opponents to them (on the Day of Resurrection). 82
