The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Does man not remember that before We created him he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will bring them back to life with satan and gather them around hell in large groups. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 When Our signs are recited to them as clear signs, the unbelievers say to the believers, 'Which of the two parties is better in station, fairer in assembly?' 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance? 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have taken other deities besides God, so that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 But nay! [On Judgment Day] these [very objects of adoration] will disavow the worship that was paid to them, and will turn against those [who had worshipped them]! 82
