Whosoever worketh righteous works, and he is a believer, there shall be no denial of his endeavour; and We are for him the Writers. 94 It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again, 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 And the True Promise draweth nigh; then behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve! (They say): Alas for us! We (lived) in forgetfulness of this. Ah, but we were wrong-doers! 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had these been gods, they would not have come to it and all shall abide therein. 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 But those whom We have surpassed with the finest (rank) from Us shall be far removed from it, 101 And they will not hear its faintest sound; and they will forever abide in whatever their hearts desire. 102 The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised." 103 The day We shall roll up the heavens like a written scroll, We shall revert it (to nothing) as it was before We first created it. This is a promise incumbent on Us; We will certainly fulfil it. 104 And verily we have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My righteous slaves will inherit the earth: 105 Surely, in this is a proclamation to a worshiping nation. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn back, Say: "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised is near or far. 109 “Indeed Allah knows whatever is said, and knows all what you conceal.” 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
