It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He who revives and makes to die, and to Him belong the alternation of the night and the day. Will you not understand! 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 "Verily, this we have been promised, we and our fathers before (us)! This is only the tales of the ancients!" 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
