It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
