It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 Assuredly this we have been promised - we and our fathers - aforetime: naught is this but the fables of the ancients. 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
