The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
