The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
