۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
