1/4 Hizb 39

The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 Do not grieve over them, and do not be distressed by what they contrive. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 But verily thy Lord is full of grace to mankind: Yet most of them are ungrateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the Word (promise) appears upon them, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth to speak to them because the people were not accepting faith in Our signs. (This beast will rise from the earth, when the Last Day draws near.) 82

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
