And among His signs is that He created you from dust, and therefore you are human beings spread in the earth. 20 And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. 21 Another of His signs is that He created the heavens and earth, and the diversity of your languages and colours. There truly are signs in this for those who know. 22 And of His signs are your sleeping by night and by day, and your seeking of His grace verily herein are signs for a people who hearken. 23 And of His signs He shows you lightning, for fear and hope, and that He sends down out of heaven water and He revives the earth after it is dead. Surely in that are signs for a people who understand. 24 Some other evidence of His existence is that both the heavens and the earth stand firm at His command. When He will call you from the earth, you will start to come out. 25 Everyone in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him and is subservient to Him. 26 It is He who first creates and then reverts it. This is how His law works inevitably. His semblance is of the most sublime in the heavens and the earth. He is all-mighty and all-wise. 27
