O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those who have a disease in their hearts, and those who make a commotion in the City do not desist, We will surely urge you against them. Then they will be your neighbors for only a little (while), 60 Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter. 61 This was the tradition of God with those who lived before. There will never be any change in the tradition of God. 62 People ask you about the Hour (of the great change). Say: "Only God has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may be close at hand." 63 Verily, God has rejected the deniers of the truth, and has readied for them a blazing fire, 64 therein to dwell for ever; they shall find neither protector nor helper. 65 Upon the day when their faces are turned about in the Fire they shall say, 'Ah, would we had obeyed God and the Messenger! 66 And they will say, “Our Lord! We followed our chiefs and our elders – so they misled us from the path!” 67 O Lord, give them a double punishment, and put a grievous curse upon them." 68
