Al-Ahzaab 9 of 9
O YOU who have attained to faith! Be not like those [children of Israel] who gave offence to Moses, and [remember that] God showed him to be innocent of whatever they alleged [against him or demanded of him]: for of great honour was he in the sight of God. 69 O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. 70 He will rectify for you your works, and forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeyeth Allah and His apostle, he hath indeed achieved a mighty achievement. 71 Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant. 72 So that God punishes men and women hypocrites, the idolaters and idolatrous women, but He turns to faithful men and women in forgiveness, for God is forgiving and kind. 73
True are the words of God the Almighty.
