▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and We have guarded it from every accursed devil: 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
