۞ Say: I exhort you only to one thing, that rise up for Allah's sake in twos and singly, then ponder: there is no madness in your fellow-citizen; he is only a warner to you before a severe chastisement. 46 Say, "Whatever reward I ask you (for my preaching) will be for your own good. No one can reward me except God. He is the Witness over all things." 47 Say, "My Lord speaks the Truth. He has the knowledge of the unseen". 48 Say, "The truth has come. Falsehood has vanished and it will not come back again". 49 Say: "Were I to go astray, I would but go astray [due to my own self, and] to the hurt of myself; but if I am on the right path, it is but by virtue of what my Sustainer reveals unto me: for, verily, He is all-hearing, ever-near!" 50 If you could see when they are gripped by terror without any escape, and are seized from close at hand 51 and say: 'We believe in it' But how can they reach from a place that is distant, 52 For they had disbelieved in it before; and they hurl allegations without seeing, from far away. 53 And between them and their desires, is placed a barrier, as was done in the past with their partisans: for they were indeed in suspicious (disquieting) doubt. 54
