۞ Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I exhort you unto one thing only: that ye awake, for Allah's sake, by twos and singly, and then reflect: There is no madness in your comrade. He is naught else than a warner unto you in face of a terrific doom. 46 Say: "The reward I ask is for yourself. My reward is due from none but God; and He is witness over everything." 47 Proclaim, “Indeed my Lord sends down the truth; the All Knowing of all the hidden.” 48 Say, "The truth has come. Falsehood has vanished and it will not come back again". 49 Proclaim, “If I stray, I stray only for my own harm; and if I attain guidance, it is because of what my Lord has sent down to me; indeed He is All Hearing, Close.” 50 And if you could see when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby. 51 And they will say (in the Hereafter): "We do believe (now);" but how could they receive (Faith and the acceptance of their repentance by Allah) from a place so far off (i.e. to return to the worldly life again). 52 since they disbelieved in it before, guessing at the Unseen from a distant place? 53 And a gulf is set between them and that which they desire, as was done for people of their kind of old. Lo! they were in hopeless doubt. 54
