Y S (Yaa Seen)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the wise Qur'an. 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On the Straight Path. 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 The Phrase has become obligatory upon most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 We will surely bring the dead to life and We record what they send ahead and the signs they will leave behind; and We have accounted all things in a clear Book. 12
