3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
Noah had verily called to Us. And how gracious was He who answered (him). 75 And We saved him and his household from the great distress, 76 And made his progeny to endure (on this earth); 77 And We let it remain upon him in the latter: 78 "Peace upon Noah among the worlds." 79 Thus do We surely reward the doers of good. 80 Surely he was one of Our truly believing servants. 81 Then We drowned the others 82 ۞ And indeed Ibrahim is from his (Nooh’s) group. 83 (Remember when) he came to his Lord with a pure heart; 84 When he said unto his father and his folk: What is it that ye worship? 85 "Is it a falsehood aliha (gods) other than Allah that you seek? 86 “So what do you assume regarding the Lord Of The Creation?” (That He will not punish you?) 87 And he cast a look at the stars 88 He then said, “I feel sick (of you)!” 89 so they turned their backs on him and went off. 90 Then he turned to their gods, and said: 'What do you eat? 91 What is the matter with you, why do you not speak?” 92 Then he started striking them down with his right hand. 93 Then they advanced toward him, hastening. 94 He said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved? 95 When Allah hath created you and what ye make? 96 They said, “Construct a building (furnace) for him, and then cast him in the blazing fire!” 97 They wanted to harm him, but We humiliated them all. 98 And he said: Surely I fly to my lord; He will guide me. 99 Lord, grant me a righteous son.” 100 And We gave him the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). 101 And when he attained the age of running with him, he said: O my son! verily I have seen in a dream that I am slaughtering thee; so look, what considerest thou? He said: O my father! do that which thou art commanded; thou shalt find me, Allah willing, of the patients. 102 And when they had both submitted, and his son had laid down prostrate upon his forehead, 103 We cried unto him: O Ibrahim 104 You have fulfilled your dream." Thus do We reward the good. 105 Indeed, this was the clear trial. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (i.e. a ram); 107 And We left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 108 'Peace be upon Abraham' 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 truly, he was one of Our faithful servants. 111 And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous. 112 We had blessed him and Isaac. Some of their offspring were righteous and others were openly unjust to themselves. 113
